These terms apply to your use of Up For Treasure!, developed and published by Devisive AB. The rules and terms of the store or platform where you obtain the game also apply.

Using the game

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the game for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms, applicable law and the relevant platform’s rules. You may not copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law or the platform’s terms allow it. For downloads from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless an applicable custom licence is provided.

Free content and full-game unlock

The game starts with free content. The full-game unlock is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase; it is not a subscription or a purchase of consumable currency. The applicable price, currency and taxes are shown by your store before you confirm a purchase. Additional content is still being developed, and development or test builds are not a promise that the finished release is available.

Purchases, restoration and refunds

Apple or Google Play handles payment, transaction records and refunds under the relevant store’s policies and applicable law. Use Restore purchases with the same store account to recover access where supported. Purchases made through Apple and Google Play are separate and do not transfer between these platforms. Store revocation or a refund may remove the related unlock. These terms do not take away any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Saved progress and platform services

Progress and preferences are stored on your device. Cloud saving is planned through platform services and depends on the game version, platform, account and settings. We do not operate separate game accounts or cross-platform cloud saves. Platform services are governed by the provider’s own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details about local records, purchases and planned cloud saves.

Updates and availability

We may update, improve or change the game. Device and platform requirements may affect compatibility. Keep your platform account and device backups up to date where appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The game and its original content belong to Devisive AB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This licence permits use of the game; it does not transfer ownership.

Governing law

Swedish law applies without taking away any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
